I came in last Thursday and it was not busy at all so i figured they would really take time on my nails. I got a gel manicure and after it was done i asked the nail tech if my nails were suppose to be sticky and she said yes that it was fine. I get to my car and the gel is already coming up on two nail!!!! So i walk back in there and the guy realized she has messed up my nails and he didn't even take it off and redo it all he did was just grind off one layer. Three days later the gel layer has completely came off my nail! Iv been getting gel nails done for years and I HAVE NEVER had the entire gel layer come off! This is so embarrassing and not to mention how much i spent in this place. The only regret i have is that i tipped them 12% and walked into this place. They absolutely dis not deserve it. This place is horrible and will never come back. Please save your money and go else were.
I honestly had such a bad experience and I hate to say that. I went in for a fill and showed them a picture of a french tip with pearls. I left the salon with see through sparkles all over & a shape in between oval and coffin that I didn't ask for. Very uneven as well. He told me he couldn't do a french tip.. The worst part about it all was these were my engagement picture nails. I won't be back
The man was rough and nicked my cuticle. My nails are see-through and he didn't even ask to cut my nails down. It wasn't relaxing at all and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I had a great experience. I did a pedicure only. Friendly service and my toes look great. The price was $40 for gel nail polish, which I thought was reasonable. I will be back!
I've only gone here once and will never go back. The service was rushed and the male employee was rude. He literally told me I had big thumbs like i didn't know that and wanted to hear that. He was so rushed he used regular nail clippers to shorten the acrylic nail by making indents on both sides and yanking it off. He did not measure the nails side by side so none of them are the same length. He didn't even remove the excess acrylic at the bottom of my nail. He didn't pait the tips of the acrylics nor cover the whole nail with the clear coat. I have NEVER had multiple things wrong with my nails and I'm never one to speak out and say what happened or whats wrong with them. This is actually my first yelp review ever, just thought I'd speak my mind and help all you future customers out, I wouldn't recommend going.
