I was in the area and popped in for a deluxe pedicure before leaving on vacation. Salon is nice, staff was nice enough. I was in and out in 30 minutes, most of my nails were fully painted, she got some gel polish on my toes for fun and the cut was the icing on the cake. Pedicure felt rushed, gel polish application leaves a little to be desired.
My first acrylic fill was $45 the next one $50 and the last was $60. I told the manager I wouldn't be coming back and he said that he didn't care. I left zero tip. Read the reviews and find another nail salon that appreciates their customers.
Very disappointed with the work provided it has been a week and looks like my toes were done a month ago. I can do a better job actually a 5 years old can do a better job. I called and they try to tell me that a week thats normal. No it is not. I can do my own and it lasts almost a month. I will never be back. I am adding a picture of a week old service which should last a lot longer.
Wanted an ombre ...was told they dont do it ..the girl next to me got one ..wrong color after having to choose a solid color ..i wanted short coffin nails ...was told i had to leave them long ...left crying ...will not be back
my experience was terrible. The nail tech that assisted me was extremely rough and it felt like she was rushing. I repeatedly told her that she was being rough. Shee laughed and called me sensitive. I am a disable veteran with injuried feet. I was so nervous because she was being wreckless with the pedicure tools. Fast forward to my nails, she was so aggressive and moving very fast. She proceeds to ask where I was from, then she asked if I was from Atlanta. I remain quiet for the remainder of my visit. She asked if I wasn't coming back. Then joked with someone else calling me sensitive again. I received dip on my natural nails and they look terrible just shy of a week of coming to this place. Please be mindful of which tech you get. not sure of her name.
