This is a horrible business in every way imaginable, but I'm giving them two stars instead of the one star they deserve because the girl who answered the phone today with an attitude made me look somewhere else for the gel that I needed and I found it somewhere else much cheaper !The store is extremely disorganized with stuff laying around the floor and employees with attitudes who don't want to help you, they just stand around talking to each other. So I went in last week looking for some deep wave or something similar for a braid style I saw a blue hair I wanted which was different from what I went to get I was just gonna get the regular $6.99 synthetic kind until I saw a color I liked and wasn't available in any other brand ESQ the owner recommended the hair I had picked would be great for the style. So I'm almost done with my hair now and it hasn't had a wave or curl since I did the hair even after moussing it just turns flat and straight. Wake up with stringy flat shabby a$& mess! Stick your what ya know product and places. Birthday hair flop

I went into VIP this morning for braiding hair for my daughter the ladies in the front were really helpful and directed me to the hair I was looking for as I went to the back of the store for the restroom however there was loud music blasting from the salon with such foul language I can't even repeat here there was one very young lady with braids doing hair inside it's Sunday nobody wants to hear that, it's so unprofessional and disruptive I'm glad I was alone no child or adult should be subjected to hearing that filth.

Honestly, I'm not really sure where to start .. 1,customer service is not friendly at all. You could be standing right next to a person saying excuse me and they usually have AirPods in or are just oblivious 2, The manager who was in charge was just the same, only being friendly to the person she was checking out at the register. 3, so much space in there not being utilized 4, kind of a hazard unpacking boxes and not leaving a clear path to walk down 5, lack of black made or owned products but if you are looking for just hair they do have a lot of that. I would not recommend walking in. Maybe call ahead to see if they even have the product you are looking for. I am hoping they will adjust services flaws,become better and offer more things with a smile.
