Victoria was very kind and did an excellent job trimming my hair and doing a deep conditioning. She provided great insight and clearly was an expert in the field. My only reservation with holding back a star was the guilt she made me feel for having used a groupon (the only way I would have discovered her and her business). I know that guilt wasn't intentional but she spoke down on individuals who used them, which I promptly paid with only fifteen minutes later. If people who used groupons didn't tip I could see the frustration, but Victoria CREATED those groupons for the purpose of people to use them and be introduced to her and her business. I would use her service again, but frankly I felt shamed and guilty for having used a groupon.
I have loved going to Victoria for all my hair needs this past year! She's very good at what she does and knows how to keep a good conversation going. Her prices are very reasonable for the high quality job she does. The location itself is pretty small as she is an independent hairstylist and she shares the space with another stylist when she isn't there, but that doesn't take away from the experience!
