I used to frequent this salon years ago & it was nice back then. I recently went here for an overlay/pedi & things have changed a lot! They're overpriced & the quality of work just isn't there anymore. If you use a card, there's an additional fee along with the price of service. Overall, the vibe was off and I won't be back.

Worst nail salon i have ever been to. I came in with a picture of what I wanted, a basic short pink and white set. I told the man doing my nails that I wanted them to look natural, but you would have thought this was his first time doing nails because everything that could've gone wrong went wrong. My nails were too long, too thick, I told him I wanted the pink to be a natural shade that blended in with my finger, instead he gave me a bright Barbie pink, and the white tips were uneven and the lines were not smooth. I finally got to the point that I had to stop him and request that somebody else did my nails, but he tried to tell me that nobody knew how to do what I wanted, as if I was asking for some crazy design. he wound up handing me off to the owner who had to completely start over and three hours and three nail techs later I finally got what I wanted, but the terrible rude service did not stop them from charging me $70. when I came in the salon was nearly empty, I now understand why. My nails turned out nice but anyone will tell you that is not a $70 set, especially after what i was put through to get it.
I came down here to Huntsville due to the Death of my first and only Grand child. And decided I want to get my nails done. I always Google I always googles the place I want done I Google my eyelash went to the place they look good I also Google nails. I went to Vicki's nail spa and a man decide to do my nails I want the manicure during the process I was telling him it was too fat and Nails cuticle was not done in the paint wasn't all the way on my nail so of course I was angry and I paid because I didn't want no confrontation. As I walked out the store and lady came behind me I believe she was the owner and she looked at my hand and said I would do it over I told her my situation and that I wasn't feeling it right now she says will you come back I do over. Now laying here looking at my nails they look horrible so before my Granddaughter burial. I'm going to give her a chance to do a do-over tomorrow or Wednesday so I give them one star
I got a pedicure and it was done by Mrs.Ci-Ci she did an awesome job very kind and considerate if others I recommend this place I have been going there for awhile. Always great services Thanks
