Went there a few times with a male tech. It was good. Then this time a lady tech. She used a bowl of nail polish remover, put my hands in the bowl & covered up with a towel but that's no help, the strong fuse went into my throat. I felt dizzy. My fingers were pitch-burning. Felt like a frostbite in my pinky & thumb. I asked to use a cotton ball & foil to wrap each finger. Said she doesn't do that. That's not a good business.
I came in with my friends to have a little girls days because we where all stressed with school and work. We thought we would come in and be fine paying with card but once you got in the salon there is a tiny sign that says no credit cards. GREAT. I then go to ask if they take cards and she said that there was a atm across the street the bank was closed and there was a drive up atm. But we walked over there and felt embarrassed the whole time because there was cars lining up as we where standing there. Mind you I already had my feet in the water bath (which didn't have a bag in it so gross) so I walked out there with wet shoes. Then came back not even 10 minutes later and the water was not even luke warm. And she didn't even add water to the bath to make it warmer and the lady was so rough with my feet. My friend couldn't even get her nails done because the atm didn't even give her her money. Worse experience of my life. Will never come back.
My mom and I had a pedicure done. They did a great job and the polish lasted a long time. Definitely my place for future pedicures.
I've been here 2 times 2nd time I actually got gel powder done I went from acrylic to powder and it could have been bc my nails were very thin and worn down from the acrylic but my nails chipped but will say the acrylics I had on before were falling off already. Everyone was beyond respectful and always made sure I was alright and asked after doing something new if my nails looked good. Definitely recommend!!!
Does not even deserve one star. First their website is incorrect they do not take credit cards. Second I received the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman took an hour to do a basic gel manicure. There is paint all over my finger nails she did not clean them up at all. Did not ask me if I wanted them cut. There is a chip in my thumb I left then an hour ago already a chip. There is clumps all over my nails from her not spreading the polish correctly and having too much of it. Awful. Will not go back. Middle finger chipped and hour after I left.
