i called to make an appointment the lady on the phone sounded like she was eating something the sound was pretty distracting and disgusting. she said she would be back in a moment because she was checking the avalibility, she was gone for 2 minutes then the phone hung up. i called 2 more times and no answer. ill try again later Edit: she called me back about 30 minutes later and we made the appointment.
I have been going to Stephanie at Vendetta's for several years now. She is awesome with my color and always wants it to turn out the way I envision it. For years I have had it purple and blue, but this time I decided to kick it up a notch. Couldn't be more pleased with my red/pink/purple. Highly recommend.
If her attitude was what I was reviewing then she would have 5 stars during visit and negative 5 for her attitude when her poor dye job was criticized after I got home and realized my hair looked like I had a fresh cut (much much shorter than the two inches she showed me but still I was ok with the cut) and a good conditioning but no difference any other way. I was confused my greys showed and there was no change in color at all I asked for a bayalage look and got a natural look (her exact words not mine) after some back and forth I was just eventually ignored and well maybe others should consider her for cuts. And that $150 haircut is the most expensive one I have had that's for sure
