She's very good at her craft. However, she can be a nightmare to schedule the most basic appointments with, has a rather sharp impatient side which comes without warning, and is in my opinion really overpriced, while being irrationally defensive of said price. Also slightly deceptive in some of her marketing. Hard pass.

I have always been scared of getting lashes, but I finally chose to make the jump, so I talked to Valerie and got my whole appointment set up super easily and quickly :) when I got there it was an amazing little shop and I was greeted by one of the sweetest people I could have imagined who helped me choose what would be right for me! Not only did she help me figure out what would look best on me, she took the time to make sure I was comfortable! Overall I can say I have gone back and I will continue to go back!!!

I am very disappointed with the service and treatment I received from the owner. I had nothing but problems trying to cancel my appointment and the I got charged the full$245 for lashes that I don't have. I reached out the day before and sent several text messages. Well unbeknownst to me she never saw the text and said she never heard from me. Having been business for myself I know that you do t great people that way.
