Went here for first time. Won't go back. They were understaffed and they were bouncing around from customer to customer. They would start working on you and then halfway through they stop and start working on someone else and leave you sitting there and then come back to you. I got a pedicure. They did not sanitize the chairs in between customers. They do not clean out the foot bath very well after each customer. The tools that they use for the pedicure were old and gross and not sanitized in between customers. The girl didn't change here gloves in between customers. She is literally scrubbing somebody else's feet rubbing somebody else's legs and then with those same gloved hand touches me. I was so grossed out.I seriously thought I was going to catch a disease while I was there. I will gladly go back to KT Coiffure where I pay a lot more but I don't feel like I have been in a petri dish.

This was one of the dirtiest places I have seen. I should have listened to my gut and walked out, but gave them a try anyway. The lady was nice enough, but did a crappy job on my pedicure. It was extremely rushed, she cut my skin in numerous places, and my toes look crappy- I even have gel and fingernail polish all over my toes. To make matters worse, she stopped doing my toes, did not wash her hands and started cutting this guys hair. She then walked back over to me and touched all over my foot, leaving shaved hair from the guy on my leg, foot and toe nails. I will not go back, was a waste of 40.00 and I left feeling like I needed to take a long shower. My friend's toes looked just as bad, and she had an eyebrow wax done. They left one eyebrow super thin and over plucked while the other one was uneven and bushy.

They super old, don't know English, trash talk, they are so rude, no customer service at all. they started cutting my hair with out knowing my style destroyed everything in the beginning. Every now my coworkers laugh on my hair cut. OMG, They are supper old they can't do well at all.

Very rude customer service! Avoid this place! Employees don't know any English, also they seem to talk trash in their own language in which I think it's unacceptable, they rush through the job thinking everything they do is perfect but it's poor quality after all, don't waste your time or your money.
