A clean nail salon with detail-oriented techs, even for a polish change! I don't get designs or anything, but with gel and regular manicures friends and I have loved the results. They told me Ruth no longer works there, so if you're browsing reviews for techs to request, keep that in mind. Amy and Vivian are great!
If i could put 0 stars i would. sorry not sorry. i showed a reference and it came out looking nothing like the picture. She couldn't do the design. She had smudges all over. and the coating was bad. 70$ for everything but if you can't do a simple design then don't be a nail tech . The color was nice but not in the design i wanted. Please reconsider your staffing. And any nail tech should look at their work and really see if they did a good job. Nail tech should know her ability. even when i told her to fix it up , she didn't. And i gave up. Goodbye and never come to this place. This is an honest review.
I recently moved to Silver Spring several months ago and need to find a regular salon. V Nails is close and convenient and one of three salons I have tried. Yes I have had two gel manicures and a pedicure. The first visit was perfect and my nails lasted 3 weeks before chipping. Unfortunately this time the gel polish chipped off of one nail after two days and I had to return to have it fixed free of charge. Although this was an inconvenience, I intend to try them again.
Great pedicure (a little soft on the massage) but mani/pedi was pleasant. Technician was very helpful. 1st time getting dip powder vs acrylic she was very patient in explaining the difference and longevity of both, took her time in shaping. I would definitely return
Has to be the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. I was there for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It took them 2 hours and it looks like crap. So disappointed. Don't waste your money or time there.
