V Nails in House Springs, MO

Horrible, iv never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional. She basically ran me out of the store for no reason.

Ann did a fantastic job on my nails. She was friendly and paid attention to the small details. I love my nails and moving here from Florida I was having a hard time finding a new nail salon. So glad I happened upon this salon.

I had  a employee trying to help my son I wish she would have asked me to put him in a chair. He has autism and non verbal so I said that chair is too high he has depth perception issues please dont. I understand completely she was trying to help what I dont like is I called and talked to the owner Kathy and all I was doing is making her aware in the future for someone else kiddo. I'm not complaining at all a not I just wanted to make them aware of it, as I was telling Kathy, Kathy said that she was only trying to help I told her I completely understand I just wanted to make you aware because other kiddos with disabilities happen to not like being touched at all by strangers before I could get the last part out she went off telling me then dont bring him in I was completely shocked by her outburst I was just trying to let her know as a mom with a kiddo with disabilities its okay for other people to say anything to me but when us moms start doing it back by just saying hey please dont do this it can set my child off were in the wrong. I wont be returning.

Absolutely the worst!!! I had an 11:00 appt for pedicure and fill. The fill went ok.. but she wanted to take ALL my current acrylics off and start over. Even though the ones on were fine. I refused and got a dirty look from her. I am sure it's a tactic to make you pay for removal of nails and a full set ..instead of a fill. The pedicure.. well so many things were wrong with it. I had to wait another 30 minutes AFTER my fingers were done to even get in a pedicure chair... ( remember I had an appointment). When I finally was seated the spa chair was broken.. so much for a massage while you get a pedicure. The chair was also in a far lay back position making it extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Remember.. chair is broken so it can't be moved. Now I put my feet in the water she ran prior to me sitting down and the water is cold.  After being seated she walks away to work on another customer. I had to wait another 30 minutes for her to come back to me. Then she proceeded to give me the roughest ..most painful pedicure I have ever had. Don't bother to flinch, jerk or say 'ouch'.. doesn't do any good.  After being in the salon for 2 1/2 hours..I was finally done and could pay $50 for services not worth it. I strongly advise you thinking twice about going here.. unless that is you enjoy pain and have all day to wait to get your nails done.

By far the best pedicure I've ever had! Very friendly staff. Very clean and safe for covid!
