Val was amazing , fast, precise and friendly - lived the entire visit and will make this my nail place from now on ! Made my pedi appointment online , waited maybe 5 minutes , that's it . The entire staff was friendly and courteous . We just moved here and this was a far better experience than I've had in Florida!
By far the worst customer service I ever had to the point where I felt uncomfortable and left. I called in ahead of time to ask the wait time and was told 15 minutes and was asked what services I wanted and to give my name . Once I showed up I was asked what services I would like I told him that I called and my name he acted like he didn't know that I called. after sitting for 15 more minutes more customers walked in and I was skipped and not tended to after the women who came in after me told them that I was ahead of her and they did not care. I was sat in the back still not tended to and while the other customer was being taken care of even though she came in after me. I did walk out because I felt it was racist considering the Caucasian women is telling them I came in first a black women and then insisting she goes before me. when I asked to speak with a manager I was told I was skipped because of short staff. I feel that being short of staff has nothing to do with it , if she is telling you guys she came in after people! When bringing my facts to the manager his response was we are not the place for you and to find somewhere else which is fine I wasn't spending my money where it wasn't clearly wanted!
I got some kind of infection after my dip powder. The quality was really good so next time I'll try pouring rubbing alcohol on any nicks I get during the manicure. Some of the pics are before and after I popped the blisters that ended up forming.
So far while being here, I have been waiting 30 minutes for someone to come and give me the $48 pedi. Which I have been letting my feet soak for a while now. There are a lot of customers and not enough workers. Nice area outside plenty of parking. The nail polish seems old or has been sitting on the shift for a while. You can tell by how the oils inside the bottles have separated. Some have really bad smells from the bottles. The employees are very nice. As I was looking around the pedi room I notice the floor has not been swept and had a little bit of trash on the floor. The chairs that you sit in for a pedi aren't that comfy for people who have had back surgery. Plus the locals seem to be nosy and want to listen to your conversations. It's really quite inside. Not exactly sure if I would be coming back to this place.
