I went as soon as they opened because it was prior to Thanksgiving and i thought they'd be super busy. I waited over an hour because there was only 1 employee there and the rest don't come in till 11. It's a good thing I'm a patient person. I ordered a gel manicure. He did a very good job. I'll be going back at 11 next time.
Because he over charger me on my service that the same every 2 weeks. We never go there ANYMORE plus they are too slow.
Me and my friends went here, wait took FOREVER (over 1 hr. Long) , the nail techs dont do gel nails. Agures with customers. We asked for gel nails, they said yes.. but gave us acrylics. Nail tech answers phone calls in the middle of doing your nails. Nothing was Sanitized. Some nails weren't fully polished. Bubbles underneath nails.
This was by far the worse nail experience that I've had. The staff was rude and unfocused. As for my nails, they are all completely different shapes. I got the no chip nail polish and it is streaky and uneven. What a waste of money!
