Never mind it's the worst nails I've never asked for went to get my nails dipped and got acrylic!Not what I wanted or asked for! The worst!!would give negative stars if possible!
I had one of the lady's, i asked for a fill and she took all of my nails off completel. I told her I didn't want my natural nail cut and she cut them to my nail bed which hurt my fingers. She also made my shapes very uneven. I asked for almond shape nails and she gave me half box half almond. She didn't put the nail polish on evenly. 10/10 recommend never coming here
I've been a customer of VI Nails for a long time. I like the majority of the staff and have felt in good hands with them. It's steadily been declining in quality and service for quite some time now. I feel terrible writing this review but after yesterday I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. My daughter and I went to get a pedicure and she also wanted a manicure. We weren't asked what type of pedicure we wanted, so we got the basic. Not a big deal, it's cold out, I was just looking to have a girls day with her. Upon her manicure, her nails were not cleaned, cuticles touched, lotion on hands, nada. She's 7 so most of the time at VI they have not done the whole shebang. Still I was patient and not the biggest deal. THEN...... THEN we went to check out. I was first told $70. I couldn't make that make sense in my mind. Then, the person who was checking me out went back and forth with another co-worker and the price went up to $75. Here's what I should have been charged based on what I received: $28 - standard pedicure $10 - childrens manicure $20 - Spa pedicure $5 design for her Totals: $63 AT MOST considering she didn't get $10 worth of a pedicure Won't do it again. We almost always go out of town and VI is a last resort and it was just an absolute waste of my money. Would rather go without.
I'm from out-of-town, but I visit my mother at least once a week. Out of all the salons in the area, the reviews for this shop drew me in. It was the middle of winter and I had a nail emergency. The salon tech was kind enough to take me in, late at night, near the shop's closing time. It was such a lovely experience. I actually talked my mom into getting acrylics with no-chip gel. We've been there once again. I feel comfortable visiting this salon while I'm in the area. Five stars for kindness, accommodation, skill, and professionalism.
Was really happy with this place . They were quit but really nice . Both times I have been in they have done a super job. I got a full set of nail three weeks ago and they looked great went back to day and they did a fantastic job again today. Thank
