V Boutique & Salon in Pasco, WA

Elkies has been doing my hair for several years. She started out in the Pasco location but is now in Kennewick. I love being able to get my hair done and shop for cute outfits. Vianey (owner) knows what she is doing.

I had my hair lightened at this salon and they chemically fried nearly half of it off. It's so damaged!!!! The damaged parts broke off where the blonde hair dye overlapped for a root touch up and the broken hair is about an inch or two long. It's impossible to do anything with. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and this is a MAJOR set back. Looking like a pixie cut is the only solution for my goofy looking hair that cost several hundred dollars. I'd expect something like this to happen at a beauty school, not a professional salon. I do not take any supplements or medications, my hair is already a dark blonde/light brown color. I use expensive professional hair products. It was a very disheartening experience and every morning I wake up to get ready I'm so disappointed by the way I look because of my hair damage.

Even from the first message she was very informative and asked me lots of questions on what it is I wanted. She definitely got it right! She is very polite and friendly too! I highly recommend Britany she does a fantastic job and she really listens to what YOU want! I will be back for sure!!!

Beware: V Boutique & Salon in Pasco is not following COVID-19 safety guidelines. I went in to get a haircut and 5/7 people in the room, customers and employees, were not wearing masks. It's a really tight space so there's really no excuse. I gave 1 star back because one of the employees offered to put on a mask but I didn't feel comfortable after witnessing the blatant disregard for safety. If they're not wearing masks, which take only a few seconds to put on, what other corners are they cutting?

Mahri did an amazing job on my hair! She was so fun to hang out with while getting my hair cut and she recommended some great products to help my crazy straight hair stay curled!! 10/10 recommend her!! :)
