I understand that customer service is "different " now but, respect should not waiver. Especially when one is a paying patron in an establishment! This was my experience at the attached establishment in my home town (Kinston, NC). I urge anyone in the area to reconsider supporting this establishment....

Me- That is guaranteed! How much was the pedicure? Oh and by the way I am taking a picture of your establishment and telling everyone I know about your lack of couth!

Actually had a friend that went there and received the worst service ever. I too had the same experience about 2 years ago. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to her as she was to me back them. ZERO personality!! Just as she had to wait 30 minutes before anyone helped her, the same happened to me. It amazes me that people continue to patronize this horrible establishment. Although there are not many nails salons in Kinston there are some good ones with management that treats you with respect and does good work. This is NOT one of them!!!!
I took my daughter in for gel polish fingernails /toes. I specifically asked for only this and was charged $57. there was no acrylic added to my daughters nails. when I asked why it was $57 Tami said it was because if the massage in my daughters hands! what?!?! also this salon is extremely dirty! I will not return.....the salon has a grade a sanitation rating! it's very unbelievable how that's possible.
Ask for a acrylic set and the lady didn't know how to do so the guy came and did it was so ruff I will never come here again over priced me and it definitely wasn't giving Acrylic set aggravated at this point will not be coming back !!!
Terrible service! Inconsistent prices! The manager is very rude and does not deserve to own or run a business. I do not think she even likes Black people!!!!! Do not go!!!
