Had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. I came in for a fill and she nailed it! She was quick and did a very professional job. Happy with my results and will be back!

Their customer service is horrible. Not even the owner is nice. One of the ladies who does pedicures is so pushy and then gives dirty looks if you don't choose what she suggests. They do pedicures all day and still can't get it right. I end up having to either complain about polish around my toes/messy job or I come home and clean them up myself because it's so uncomfortable to ask them to fix their mess. Find another spot this one is a waste of time and money!

If you're looking for a loud, dirty place this place is it. I was there for pedicure. First the lady beside me leaves and they do not even clean her bowl out with any cleaner, just a quick spray with water. Then they sat someone else down in the same chair. I should have said something but all I could think about is getting done and out. The spoon in the soaps and scrubs is nasty looking. I will never come back.

I used to love this place, been coming here since they opened. I went in for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. After the pedicure tech could see that she was not going to upsell me on a gel or extra massage, she quickly did my pedicure without any kind of foot rub at all. I had to ask her to address an ingrown situation on my big toe, Because she was about to blow right through that too. If I didn't speak up, all I would have gotten would be a quick foot soak and a nail polish swap, rather than a proper pedicure. As soon as she was done applying the color, she put my flip flops on and moved me to a regular chair.even though no one was waiting to occupy my spot. I had at least wanted to take advantage of the massage chair. The woman who did my gel manicure was no better. Rude and rushed through the process so fast, it was more like a polish change rather than addressing cuticles, etc. I will be going back to Accent nails across the street. They are a tad more expensive, but they are thorough, friendly and I don't feel rushed at all.

The nail techs were gentle and nice but my -3 stars is for bad communication. I was a walk in but the place was empty. I wanted a basic polish pedi and gel mani. I was directed to a book that I was told had colors for both services. The book didn't label "gel", "dip", or "basic" it was kind of a generic color swatch book. The pedi tech kept pressuring me to upgrade to a gel and said regular polish would smudge and chip. I've never had the problem but I figured fine why not treat myself. I was then told the color I picked was not a gel so I had to pick a new color. I was confused since this book was supposed to be all inclusive but they brought over two somewhat similar options. I wasn't super in love with the new color options but it was still cute so I settled. Once it was obvious I was easily upsold I was told I needed to do a dip for my mani. I said no thanks but the hard sell continued and I was a little uncomfortable. However they said the dip was healthier so I buckled by the third asking. At this point there was no mention of picking a dip color, the mani just started. What was weird is the entire time I'm being told "it's good you didn't do gel because that will peel in a week". Which isn't normal for me with gel. It all went fine and I paid and tipped. After the tip my tech says I was charged more because I picked a gel color to go on top of a dip. Huh? I thought dip was more pricey then gel hence the pushy hard sell. I asked what the dip colors were and I was given the original book where I was told I couldn't have that color because it wasn't a gel (after the mani gel upsell). So the color I wanted was a dip but wasn't explained to me that it was a dip, was asked to pick a new color that was a gel, then was upsold to a dip but not asked to revisit the colors for a dip, and it cost me more...? Where was the communication during the process? I would have preferred the original color had it been explained to me during the upsell back and forth. And why is a gel on top of dip more expensive? I just feel like an idiot. I'm also worried about their comment that their gel peels and now it's on top of the dip sooooo is this going to peel even after the pestering and the extra hidden cost? Lesson learned about walking in and I'll stick with my normal tech at another location.
