Ultra Nails in Tullahoma, TN

Rude!  I went here for the first and LAST time today. The staff is very rude and will not get my business again. Received a pedi...asked if they had tine for a mani..was told yes....  Then the tech expected me to sit & wait while he ate lunch.

Ultra nails? More like ultra priced! I got a simple nail piece and I couldn't get the shape I wanted (almond) because it was extra if it wasn't round or square. A one color (8 of them) with a glitter color (two nails) costs $90 when I can go to another place and it is $40. They also messed it up but didn't fix them so I had to go get them fixed at another nail salon!!

Absolutely less than impressed with the service. The employees are very rude. Walked in with my five year old daughter to get our nails and waited ten minutes to even be asked what we needed. As I was having my daughter pick out a color one of the ladies snapped at her to not touch the bottles of polish because they could break. These bottles are the same thing u can but at Walmart for ten dollars or less. Thought we were going to have a nice mother daughter day but not so much.

This is a mixed review because I really likes how they have been doing my nails but not the lady that works there. I recently started going to this location since it's right down from my work and convenient. I have been there three times in the last month in a half first time pedicure and dipped nails and the second to have my nails redipped and was very pleased with both times, this time I needed a pedicure and i brought myself and my little girl in we picked our colors out and had a seat in the massage chairs to wait our turn, my husband was in town because we are seeing a movie after and he ran in to see if I wanted him to take my car to the car wash while I was getting my feet done and I said sit down feel this massager (I have been trying to talk him into a pedicure for years but he is just a good old country boy and not having it) I wanted him to see how relaxing it was he talked to me less then two mins and from across the room full of people the lady who works there with no personality says sir are you getting a pedicure I respond no he is fixing to leave I just needed to talk to him a min she responds with straight rude attitude "then you don't need to be using our massagers" I about fell over I thought I spend how much money in this place and would have been a very good loyal customer to you and you just acted like that....ok....I got up and walked out and will not be back ever again. She needs a lesson in customer service and you take care of your good customers and don't treat them like they are a problem.

Timmy is the absolute best nail tech I've ever seen. He's never hurt me, and when he does my nails, their always perfect!
