Ulta Beauty in Wilkes-Barre Township, PA

My child and I got our haircut here over a year ago and overall it was a good experience due to the excellent customer service provided by Tennille Bocchiaro. Tennille volunteered to stay after her shift so we could get our haircut and she put a lot of care into making sure our hair looked as good as possible. She even fixed a bad haircut that my daughter received. If you end up finding yourself at this location, ask for Tennille-- she is a true professional!

I was at the checkout and I showed the cashier the coupon I had and she told me I wasn't able to use it since the total was not $15 before tax. I asked if it could be used because after tax it was more than $15 and she goes "no I can't just manipulate the system". This girl had such a bad attitude and was rude the entire transaction. This lady shouldn't be working at Ulta if she can't be nice to customers. On top of another young lady that works at this location, while I was shopping she was walking through an isle on Snapchat doing a voice memo in front of everyone. Honestly this location has some terrible workers I'm going to Sephora from now on!

Great Ulta location! Lots of skincare options. Got a great haircut from Liz in the salon.

I am appalled at the service I received from this location. The minute I walked in the store there were two employees standing there, and not one greeted me or asked if I needed helped. They continued with their gossip. As I was walking around two other employees walked by and completely IGNORED me as well. I had to finally reach out to someone myself for help. It doesn't end here! As I went to go pay for my items, I handed the cashier a $100 bill. She pulled out her counterfeit pen and apparently that wasn't enough and then pulled out a light as well. She was there for a couple of minutes trying to dissect a $100 bill, I guess it's rare for people to pay cash nowadays or should I say Hispanics pay with a large bill. Apparently she couldn't identify the bill was real so she went over to the manager and they both now continued to try to figure out if this Hispanic woman was paying with a fraudulent bill. I was so embarrassed! Finally the cashier came over with an attitude, didn't say a word and continued on. At this point I asked her if everything was okay and I could just pay with my card if it was an issue. She responded with an attitude and just continued with my transaction. Needless to say I will never shop here again. Taking my business to Sephora!

My 1st time getting a brow wax and tint and they have gained a customer. Robin was super friendly and professional, She did an amazing job and talked me through the entire process before she did anything. Kudos to Robin. She is truly a Gem!!
