I've had the best customer service experience thus far at this store today by Karina "Operations Manager". She went out of her way to help me place an order, and apply a coupon and my credits from my account. While the situation was overwhelming, she remained calm and positive. She went as far as getting IT and Customer Service on the phone to explore all of the options available to resolve the issue and ended up fixing the issue herself ; while managing the store and attending to her co-workers. She exhibited all the great qualities and skills of an Ops Manager( Exceptional Leadership, Analytical, Interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills).
