Ulta Beauty in Oshkosh, WI

Would not recommend coming here if you want good customer service. My sisters and I we came here today 12/27/23 @3:20ish to buy some beauty essentials with our gift cards we got for Christmas. Upon checking out there were two employees, one was a Mexican girl and the other was a white girl with red hair. As the Mexican girl was checking out a women that was in front of me I head to the red hair girl and she asked me if I had a phone number for her to look up and I said "no" politely. The Mexican girl then said "well does the other girls with you have a number" in a tone of voice like she was already pissed off at us for existing and I said "no, we don't have a card with ulta" then she said "we'll, you guys are missing out on points" in a rude way again and said to the lady she was checking out if she wanted to put her number in for us so she can get the points. The women said "yeah, but would it affect me if they decide to return" the scenario made us felt like we were in a high school setting filled with means girls. The woman in front of me her husband was there too and you could tell by his demeanor the two employees clearly made it uncomfortable for him over not having a number to enter. Then the Mexican girl said "no, we would not be giving them the receipt since they don't have a card with us so they're not gonna be able to return the items"..... (my sisters we weren't gonna return anything anyways because we were there to buy essentials) then we just stood there awkwardly waiting to finish getting ringed up. Before the lady in front me was about to leave the red girl checking me out rolled her eyes and said "can we write down your number to put in for point for the rest of them" to the lady. Then the red hair girl then grab the receipt when it was done printing and put it elsewhere instead of handing it to me. They both did this to all 3 of us. The two employee were rude in their tone of voice being mad that we didn't have a card open with Ulta. We understand it's their job to ask and making sure we have a card with ulta but to make a customer feel uncomfortable for such a small thing is unacceptable and denying giving us our receipts so we couldn't return is unbelievable. It would be greatly appreciated if HR or the Manager have a talk with the two employees since they're comfortable enough to speak like that to customers who are just simply stopping by. Who knows how many customers they were rude to because they didn't have a number to enter in. We come here all the time and this is my first time encountering those two.

The minute I come in the store I have a sales clerk breathing down my neck. I hate that. When I'm in a store let me shop in peace. Don't follow me around. I will ask a clerk for help if I need it. That's my shopping experience every time I come in the store. Don't ask me what I want the minute I come into the store. Also on the coupon in the Ulta book list on it what the coupon can be used on rather than listing all exclusions.

This was my best ulta experience. I went in on New Year's Day 2022. (Happy new year! ) Shachua (I hope I spelled it right ) and Katie were so kind and really helpful in finding a great concealer, (lord knows I've been on a search for a long time) as well as product recommends for my specific skin needs. Katie was kind enough to radio her coworkers to get feedback for my specific under eye concealer needs. I think I may have found my perfect match. Shachua had someone fill in for her at the cash register so she could go over some product info from the ordinary line. I left fully stocked and super excited about my new skin care regimen. Thanks Shachua and Katie for making an extra effort. You made my day

The staff was incredibly helpful! I was having trouble finding things on my own when a sales person stepped in and helped me right away! What could have been an hour trip was only a few minutes! I even got some great recommendations on some other products to try!

This place is awesome. The workers are very nice. Products are a little pricey but you get what you paid for. Natasha is the best and helped us out so much! And their sales are to die for!
