Ulta Beauty in Las Vegas, NV

All I have to say is this is the WORST  Ulta I have ever been to!!! Got a hair straightener for Christmas I needed to return it to get a different one they told me it will automatically go back to his card as my husband used debit and I asked well can't I get cash back because hello this is 2023 I am a manager in retail you can give cash back for debit because I did not want to wait a week for a credit ! So I looked around there for 1.5 hours!!!! They are out of stock on a lot of stuff I couldn't find a hair straightener with good reviews that they had in stock so I brought it up and said ok return it to my husband card so the. I am told I need the card !!! R u f***** kidding me? Should have told me that from beginning after I just spent 1.5 hours looking around! Manager Alejandra ugly attitude and talks to me like I am dumb???? She said you never told me it was your husbands I said no but I told your lead that it was a gift from my husband on his card!!!! Lead Emma!!!! Both ugly attitude I been a manager over 15 years and definitely make sure to take care of my customers !!! I said can't you put back on my debit card she said no after again I spent the last 1.5 hours !!!! She goes if you go to another Ulta it is going to be the same thing and then also I asked for customer service number and for the lead name as well she goes you don't need that I am the manager and I said I been a manager in retail for over 15 years and I am asking for her name as well! Not to mention I been there 3 times just in general and not 1 time has a associate ever asked if I needed help. Which I did but where on earth is All the associates at ? Ridiculous

Came in after work to get my brows tinted and waxed by the benefit beauty bar brow queen Ari! I was super nervous at first because I've never had my brows professionally done before. But Ari made me feel super relaxed and at ease. She's the sweetest and explains each step of the process so that you have a full understanding of how it works. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns and was super honest and genuine. She did an amazing job on my brows so now it's one less thing for me to worry about when I get ready for my day! and for such a reasonable price too. She has 10+ years of experience with brows! She helped me achieve the exact brow shape I wanted and even made recommendations based on the shape of my face. I highly recommend her and cannot wait to go back! In addition, the inside of this ulta is very organized and clean.

Wow! This Ulta Beauty location is one of the better ones in Las Vegas. Located in Centennial Hills, off of Durango/215 exit, Ulta Beaty has a wide range of offerings from cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrance product. Ulta Beauty is relatively new. The business started in 1990, and has grown to be one of the largest beauty retailers!

I stopped by this Ulta Beauty to look for Estee Lauder products. Estee Lauder is what I use for foundation, lipstick and mascara. There was a wide variety of options in store and online for the Estee Lauder products! The team members at Ulta Beauty were amazing! Several Ulta Beauty team members asked if I needed assistance or helped during my visit! This store has a great selection of cosmetics and skincare! I'll be back here again!!

When the employee scratches off the PIN number on your giftcard and then the manager tells you there's nothing they can do about it, that I MYSELF have to call customer service after their employee messed up. What a joke Ulta is and their customer service. Never again will I waste my money there, just awful

Susana is an extremely skilled stylist; I typically have my hair layered with a razor cut, and both times I've seen her she's done a phenomenal job. She also had no problem masking for this appointment as I'm immunocompromised. The trainee shadowing her also masked and kept her distance, which I very much appreciated.

Stylist Marlene, however, needed to make my health condition everyone's business. When I entered the sink area, she immediately demanded to know why Susana and the trainee were masked. Her tone was extremely rude, and the customer she was shampooing chimed in "Yeah, what year is it?"

I sat down and simply said "It's for me. I have cancer. They're caring about my health."

You would have thought I'd just walked in and declared "Party's over!" at a rave. Sheepish glare from Marlene as she visibly recoiled. All I got was an "Oh." No apology. Nothing.

Her station was across from Susana's, so I then had to endure her irritated glares while having my hair cut. The process is already stressful for me, so I really didn't need this interaction on top of everything else.
