I normally love this store, but not so much tonight. Granted I did go in 20 minutes before closing time but 20 minutes is 20 minutes. I was hardly greeted when I walked in and it took forever for an employee to come over to me, even though there wasn't any other customers in the store and the two employees were standing behind the registers. I was shopping for perfume for a gift and when he finally came over, he was naming different perfumes and pointing like I should know exactly what he was talking about and not actually showing me. Then I asked about foundation and he told me he didn't have time to help me because they closed in 15 minutes. I understand wanting to close and leave on time but there was still at least 10-15 minutes he could have helped and I would gladly leave by closing time. When I said I would come back another time or just go somewhere else he got defensive and acted like this was the only place to shop. I've worked in customer service and I know it can be frustrating when people come in late but it's also your job and it's still within business hours and you should still be happy to help people and not show your annoyance or frustration as an employee. Very disappointed.

I stopped in tonight for my first time at this Ulta Beauty location and wanted to comment on the amazing customer service. I was looking for a specific brand and shade of eye shadow that has unfortunately been discounted. Several of the staff went out of their way to try to offer suggestions and helpful ideas on other options. They were extremely helpful, answered my questions, and every person there from the staff on the floor to the cashier were all very kind.
