Ulta Beauty in Coeur d'Alene, ID

The help there is horrible. So is the customer service. I walked up to a larger customer service woman, back of her hair shaved, and as I asked her a question, another customer walked up to her, and she went with that customer. She didn't try to find me to ask if I still needed help. That action was very rude. If I go back, and it's likely that I won't, I will go to Sally's instead... but if I have to go back for anything, I will not approach her for any help. The service there is dismal. One star for the manager that rang us up.

I went to Ulta last week In need of some new hair product. I was helped by Jade and she was AMAZING! She was the sweetest & so helpful! ! She first started off by asking me what my budget was whether it was $20 or $100. I let her know my budget was between $60-$70. She then walked with me all around the hair section of Ulta with my basket in hand showing me different products. I loved that she was showing me products that worked for her & would recommend for my hair type. Helped me find 5 great hair products (a leave in conditioner, shampoo, conditioner, heat protectant & a hair clarifier) all under $70.00! She was super personable  & made the process finding new hair products so much easier! I've been using the hair products she recommended for the last week & my hair feels amazing! If you go to Ulta, ask for Jade!!

This is the worst Ulta location by far. Today I'm so done with them. I keep catching this store stock items in sale locations that are not on sale. Today I found opalex conditioner stocked with the jumbo conditioners that are on sale. Of coarse I'm going to buy it on sale but I get to the register and it's NOT $44 dollars but $96.00. Had I not paid attention I would have been burned once again by this store. Did they honor the wrong pricing? Nope Did they move the other 8 containers of opaplex so it didn't look like part of the sale? Nope. This store is a rip off.

Beware if you shop here, my friend was wrongfully accused of theft and was pulled out of line by Police Officers that had been called by Ulta Management. The manager didn't even video verify her claims prior to this and only checked the video AFTER calling police. She was not correct in her accusations and my friend was released after being illegally detained.

Ulta couldn't even apologize to him and even though it was 100% verified it was not my friend, police continued to follow him for hours to other stores. How traumatizing and embarrassing. Ulta should be ashamed of this kind of treatment I will NEVER again shop here or refer them to anyone I know.

Just don't do it. Very unorganized and disrespectful employees. Shop online and save your gas money.
