Lauren is a fabulous and intuitive stylist. Professional, balanced cuts with as much or as little edginess that you request. She is also very skilled with color - full or fun accents. Bonus, eyebrown tinting! The salon is fully stocked with Aveda and other products. Great services and friendly staff. It's like a day at the spa and you leave with a great, refreshed or new do.

I have been going to Lauren for years. She is very attentive and always does exactly what I ask... sometimes better than I ask! There is such caring and attention to detail here. There is a cute coffee/drink station with lots to choose from, (now modified due to Covid) and comfy seating while you wait. Lauren always includes a little shoulder rub and hand massage with Aveda lotion. Her scalp massage/shampoos are awesome and nobody does a better blow out. (My daughter has dubbed Lauren "the queen of blowouts")! You will feel pampered and leave restored and gorgeous! As far as other reviews go, I have occasionally had to wait a bit too. I think they do their best to stay on time but sometimes a prior client showed up for their appointment a little late. But because they give the same care to each customer, they may occasionally run behind. Just remember while waiting that it's worth it and that you will be given the same time and care when it's your turn in the chair! Bring a book to read and allow extra time. I have referred sooo many friends here and they have all loved Lauren and been pleased with their service.

Was kept waiting past my appt. time. No one noticed, so I went to front desk and confirmed that I had an appt. 15 min. ago. They fumbled around trying to figure who my stylist was going to be. I was the only person in the waiting room so why was this so confusing? They said my stylist was running behind. Ok, that happens, but why didn't the stylist stop what he was doing and come over to me and tell me he was running late. Instead, when he finished up with his client, he swept the floor for about 5 more minutes. So much for 'first impressions', as mentioned on their website. I mentioned to the stylist that I left work early so I wouldn't be late and he only offered the lamest apology, not in the least sincere. The color was good, the cut acceptable, but the price for exactly the same service at other Aveda salons that I go to was 40.00 more! I had the receipt emailed to me so I didn't look at it until I got home. There was only a number on the receipt, no detail showing what costs what. I have no idea what these people charge for anything, only that it cost me more than all the previous places I've been. I even looked for pricing on the website, nothing. In fact, the website had no information whatsoever about charges for their services. There was only some long rambling story about the history of ownership and the drinks offered. It was very poorly written and doesn't provide the customer with any necessary info. I would not return here or recommend them to anyone else.

Aileen or Eileen- whatever the woman's name is with NO eyebrows- do NOT trust her with your brows! I was traveling an hour away for my brows, thought I'd try somewhere local...BIG mistake. I said before I sat down 'I've been working on growing them out. Please do not take off too much.' I have a massive gap between my brows now, so far that my eyes look further apart, they're uneven, and the length that I specifically told her not to touch- GONE. She didn't charge me, but wtf good does that do?!?! I'm still stuck with these brows for at least 3 months. I'm in tears. I can't believe how badly she messed up.
