I'll give this no stars if I can do not go here they are very unprofessional and greedy I got my lashes done here and was told I have to give a tip and after telling them I was not obligated they continued to demand for a tip after I said have a good day the male lash tech goes and calls me a bitch do not go here they just want your money .
I went here with a Groupon coupon because I read all the fantastic reviews. Went I went there, I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment. When I showed her the owner of the Groupon I purchased, she wanted to charge me $60 more without any specific reason other than the Groupon was only for 1 (ONE) eye. The next day I woke up with an eye infection see pictures attached. The same person that did my eyelashes just finished doing a pedicure, and I did not see him washing his hands. I should've asked. Please do not go here for eyelashes; it is not a place for them. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. There are many options out there. I suggest doing your research before paying.
I have been getting my eyelashes done at U2 for over 5 yrs now and absolutely love them! always professional, polite and they do a fantastic job on my lashes! Highly recommend.
DO NOT COME HERE-- IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I made an appointment for 3:15 and then had to move it to 3:46 and they were okay with it. At first all was going well as I sat for scheduled mani pedis with my mom. Unfortunately after moving to get our manicure done MY nail tech disappeared for over 20 minutes. I asked repeatedly where she went and no one gave me a straight answer. They said they were busy today and I asked "Then why did you take the appointment? It's not like I just walked in. You don't start and then leave in the middle of doing a client's nails." They brushed me off. Meanwhile, my mom finished her entire manicure and starting drying. Another girl getting her nails done complained because she was sitting there waiting with acrylics on. I decided I no longer wanted the manicure since my mom would now have to wait for me which defeats the purpose of us going together. They've lost 2 customers and I made that clear. This place is mismanaged and disgraceful. Their drying machines suck too. You've been warned.
I have been there twice since coming home from college this summer and both times have not dissapointed! While the blue set was 65 and the pink set was 75 i definitely don't mind because they are gorgeous and lasted 3 weeks each. Definitely did a great job with acrylics
