I just got back from U & I nail salon and I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. My family and I have been going here for many years now. They started off great but I don't know what has happened now. As you can see in the pictures, my nails were not even cut properly and the nail polish was done HORRIBLY. My 10 year old niece can do a better job!!! I will no longer be using their service and I will no longer recommend them to family and friends! Stay AWAY from them!
When I First Went To U&I Nails & Spa The Man Did A Very Great Job , The Only Thing That Irked Me Was When It Was Time To Pay He Demanded That I Tipped Him Which I Was Gonna Do But He Was Rushing Me Before I Can Get To The Point .... I Made The Mistake Of Going Back And When I Did It Was The Worst Choice Ive Ever Made. I Went To Get A Fill In & 2 Nails Broke When He Was Fixing Them He Cut Me TWICE Saw That I Was Bleeding And Continued To File My Hand Rough And Hard I Kept Moving My Hand Because I Was In Pain And He Kept Getting Attitude With Me. After He Was Done I Went To Pay And Tipped The Man Who Did My Feet Because He Did An Awesome Job The Man Who Did My Nails Was Upset And Yelled At Me No Tip? That Proved That He Just Beyond Money Hungry And Has No Remorse For Customers Only They Money.
So, I went to U and I nail and spa this afternoon, to get my broken nails fixed. Mind you I was just there 5 days ago getting a fill in. And my nails already broke , so the man who sits at the first table behind the register , gave me such an attitude and argumentative Over the nails that HE did, got into an argument and walked out. Went to get my nails done at a diff place. I do not recommend this place at all. The owner or whoever the hell he is is such an ignorant guy. His personality and everything about him. .
