I have been to this salon for pedicures many times. Part of their point program and all. Today I went and did not have a satisfactory experience. I chose the top pedicure ($68.00) and was rushed through the steps faster than a basic. The nail guy forgot to scrub and remove the rough skin from my heels. I know, TMI, but that's when I know it's time for a pedi. So once my polish was on, he grated my heels and got debris in the wet polish. It took my nails longer to dry than the whole rest of the pedicure. All this said, as competitive as the market is, quality control may be in order.
I had a 2 o'clock appointment. As an older woman I was obviously treated differently than the younger clients. I was passed from employee to employee because they said they had other appointments. Other customers were offered champagne and treated in a much more professional manner. They did a terrible job on my manicure. I also asked that my nails and toes nails match and they don't. They need to treat everybody with respect no matter their age. I guarantee I have more money and tip better than the younger clientele they want to cater too. I felt like I was being degraded. Very unprofessional and flat out rude. I will never be back
I use to love this place but they get relaxed with regular clients and quality goes down. I don't even get a drink offered anymore. My last visit, my nails only lasted a couple days before I had to go back (twice). They're really sweet people but I don't think they can keep up with quality as their business grows and gets more busy. Today I got my nails taken off and had 5 points accrued (after 5 visits you get 10.00 off) and was still charged 10.00 for removal. I realized when I got in my car but just left it alone because I'm not planning on going back.
This salon recently changed ownership and is amazing!!! The manager Annie, is so nice and they are always able to get you in for eyelash extension appointments within 24 hours at HALF the cost of anywhere else in town. The facilities are super nice and clean and all the staff is friendly. I almost didn't want to write a review because this place is such a hidden gem but they are awesome and deserve the recognition!
My first time there! I went first thing in the morning and was able to schedule my appointment online. The tech who did my nails was polite and super fast! I had a dip done on my natural nails. There are a couple minor imperfections but that's normal. They let me use a 15% off coupon I found on their website and every time you "check in" there it adds up to getting you $$$ off! 5 check ins and you get $10 off a service! I will be going back! Thank you!
