I went in on a Thursday at 11am, I know it's not a busy time considering there were 2 customers when I came in. Nail tech was in a rush, asking me multiple times what color I wanted as he removed the dip I had on and boy he wasn't gentle with my nail bed. Picked a dip color, as he applied he wasn't waiting for it to dry before he starts to buff it.
Final clear coat was bumpy and I said something but he applied oil on my fingers and wished me a good day.
Never coming back here, I live close to the area so I figure I'd try it out. I'd rather the commute to Ankeny where I've been doing my nails before.
I was on my lunch break from my work just a couple blocks down and decided to go get a full dipped set on. He was fast and they looked amazing. I'll be going back to get my fill and my pedicure.
This was by far the best experience I've had in a salon! The pedicure was amazing, the staff that were taking care of us were kind, the spoke to us and visited with us, one of the women even translated for us so we could keep both ladies involved in the conversation! These were some of the kindest most genuinely caring people I've ever met. They'll turn me into a frequent nail salon visitor!
The employee has their child there while I was getting my nails done which is obviously fine. However, the child was in my face my entire manicure and poking me with his dinosaur toy. The employees did nothing to stop it! Your customers are not daycare.
Went here as a walk in pretty close to their closing time but they were so nice to me and my friend and did an excellent job!!! Definitely recommend. The owners are so nice and work very hard.
