TX Great Cuts & Tanning. Kids Cuts too!!! in Corinth, TX

Terrible experience. My mother-in-law went her just to get her hair washed and styled. She had an appointment but when she arrived there were 3 people ahead of her and she had to wait for over 30 minutes to be seen. She was burned 3 times with a curling iron and reprimanded when she jumped, when it happened. The hair dryer was also too hot. My MIL almost left early crying. We will never go here again.

I had my hair cut and highlights by Claudia and the cut has a chunk missing and all uneven and highlights are all messed up!! I have asked for refund and now have been asked to not come back. I just want 1/2 of my money back to have haircut fixed cause it looks horrible.

Claudia is awesome! I just moved out here and have been looking for a place to get my haircut and I'm so happy I chose here! Claudia is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All I got was a quick trim but she gave me pointers on how to properly take care of my hair for it to be at its healthiest! I will be only going to Claudia from now on!

UPDATE: Claudia is still giving great service with a big welcoming smile! She treats all customers like old friends! I came in for a haircut & blow dry and Claudia offered to curl it with a flat iron, the style was current and lasted for several days when my hair usually only lasts 1 day and I got lots of compliments! During my wait, She cut hair for a man and a child using both scissors & clippers, then finished up a cut & color for a lady. They all looked good and were as happy with their service as I was. I highly recommend Claudia, she's good, she's fast but through and seems genuinely glad to see you when you arrive. Great Service, Great Attitude & Great Atmosphere in this small salon that you leave with a smile!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Took my daughter here to get a cut cause she wanted to donate her hair. Claudia was running late and when she came in I explained what we are doing. She took the donated her then start cutting. Once she was done my daughter's hair was butchered! It was sooo uneven and a lot shorter than we asked. I told her i want it long enough for a ponytail but she cut too short. I asked her to fix the uneven back and she used a razor and made it even shorter and more uneven (see pictures). I told het to stop cause she clearly has no idea to cut kid's hair. What's worst was I heard her blaming my kid for "moving too much" that's why her hair was crooked. Well then don't promote that you cut kids hair if you have no idea how to work with them!
