TT Nails in Mankato, MN

I went to go get a pedicure, and let's just say it was not what I was expecting........ when he started clipping my nails he went to far down and my toe started bleeding, and has not stopped since I was there which was hours ago.

I had the worst experience and I wish I could say otherwise because that nail salon was my favorite for a long time but yesterday I left in tears and still paid for my nails because I felt like maybe I was just being sensitive because I'm 5 months pregnant. My nail tech was an older lady and her name was My. She automatically gave me bad vibes. She didn't ask me to pick a color, she looked irritated when I asked her if she could do valentines day themed nails so I asked her to just do red and one accent nail. She kept pulling my arms and pushing them and being over all aggressive with my fingers and my hands. I tried relaxing them so she could move them however she needed and it wasn't enough. She was clearly getting frustrated because she kept huffing and puffing. I really don't know what she wanted me to do. The final straw was when she used the file tool on my nails and cut into my cuticle. I wanted to storm out but my daughter was actually enjoying her spa pedicure and I didn't want to ruin it for her so I stayed and had an anxiety attack. I was very visibly crying and she still kept pulling on my fingers and telling me to relax and watch the TV. I told her I was trying to! She just laughed. I normally tip $10-$20 to whoever does my nails because I usually get designs but when she asked if I picked a color I said no I don't need anything. I paid $50 for my nails and $40 for my daughter's pedicure. I really shouldn't have even paid because the service was TERRIBLE and I cried about it for a couple hours. I went there to have a relaxing experience with my daughter and although I'm glad my daughter's nail tech was phenomenal, My sucked! She shouldn't be working with people if she is going to take her anger out on them. Mind you, we were the first clients so it's not like she had a long day and was tired by the time we got there. I won't be going back there

The nails are so pretty just what I wanted but my fingers hurt so bad this is the third day I had them my thumb is bruised on the nail and they mAde me bleed I recommend not going her I'm hurting really bad

Such a great salon! They got us in right away and did an amazing job. I was long overdue for a pedicure and they hooked me up. Very fair pricing as well :)

First, I have to say that my pedicure with Henry was 5 star. He is awesome and I recommend him for a terrific pedicure. Now, the rest of the staff is another story. I found them not friendly, they don't speak English much or well, and they are not very organized. I called days in advance asking for a pedicure appointment with Henry. I specifically used his name during my phone call at least 5-6 times saying I want him only. I get to the appointment after driving 55 miles from my home and they are fumbling around. After a wonderful pedicure with Henry, the manager chides me at the end for not making a specific appointment with him. I did, maybe I should have recorded the call!!! I found her incredibly unprofessional and maybe a little jealous because I tip Henry 25%. He does that good of a job. It was just sad she had to almost spoil my visit. Henry- 5 star, Staff- 1 star.
