Tru-Skin Dermatology in La Grange, TX

Had my first visit today and I couldn't be happier. I have never met such nice and fun staff before! Literally everyone there!!! I'm so excited to have found my permanent dermatologist office!

Absolutely terrible. At appt was told only way to finally resolve rosacea issue was to laser it, made appt for said laser treatment that day at office. Confirmed that appt two times via text mssg. Showed up to appt 30 mins early as I was told, after 20 mins I was told that the laser was down and maybe I could call back in a month to see if it was back up. A month? I was then told it had already been down for over a month.... why would you schedule my appt then? the response was it shouldn't have been scheduled. I'm so sorry I wish I would have called you to let you know. Totally unacceptable! I tried calling main office, left message, No callback or response. Submitted form via website asking for management to contact me, No response. This is how they treat customer, No thank you. Plenty of other dermatologists around!

The entire staff at this office is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From reception to the healthcare providers, everyone is great! Kevin is so nice and very knowledgable and his nurse was fantastic too! I arrived early, thinking my appointment was at 11 and not 11:30, and they got me into a room quickly and saw me before my scheduled appointment time! It was quick and easy and overall a great experience! Definitely recommend!

Going to TCD-Bulverde/Spring Branch has been a pleasant and comforting experience from check-in to check-out since day one (in office and via telehealth.) I've been seeing Kevin and Crew once-a-quarter for the past two years. I wouldn't trust my skin to anyone else! I have total confidence that nothing is missed during my yearly skin check and have been completely satisfied Kevin's treatment of my rosacea. I highly recommend TCD-Spring Branch.

I had an appointment today, new patient general checkup. It was s great doctor experience. Dr was on time, did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. Staff was pleasant and professional. It seems the prior reviews were off base and terribly inaccurate. I would definitely recommend this doctor and facility.
