I got a perm at Tricho Salon and Spa at 12 Oaks in Novi. My hair turned ORANGE and portions are burned down to my scalp. Tricho will not get back to me to try to resolve the issue. The stylist was Rhonda and the manager is Elise.
It was worth the drive. This is the second time I've been there to get my haircut and I'm very pleased with the results. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. It's worth the drive to go and see the ladies over at Trico.
My first time here! The receptionist was so sweet and pleasant! Everyone there was so helpful with my son. Our stylist was Akram. He went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and relaxed! It wasn't any easy appointment (my son) lol Akram did an amazing job with my sons hair cut! Thank you everyone at Tricho's! Horrifying customer service. My 75 year old mother made an appt for a blow out today. Appt made. They called her to cancel and then offered a later appt. She agreed to the later appt- making her wait around the mall for 2 hours and then received a call that the appt was canceled AGAIN. Never again.
