Visiting from Wisconsin and NEEDED a trim badly. A friend suggested Tressa so I made an appointment with whoever was available. I got Charity! Explained what I needed and she did the job! Hair looks great after a little tweaking of my own, which is just what I do! :D She was very pleasant. Did just what I needed.
Wasted my time and energy. I've been looking forward to getting my haircut for what feels like forever. After losing so much hair during chemo it's finally grown back. I had appointment today with faith. My first post chemo haircut. I showed up ten minutes early to be told that faith went home sick. Ok I understand. What I don't understand is lying and saying they didn't have my number to call me. So unprofessional. I would give you zero stars but it won't let me.
Tressa is amazing! She has built a salon that is not only a comfortable and welcoming environment but a place where you feel like part of her family!She is an artist with cutting, coloring and styling! It is difficult to get an appointment which is why my father, husband and I all book nearly a year and sometimes more in advance! If something comes up and we have to cancel she will find a way to work us in. I have been a client (family member) for nearly 15 years. I can't imagine going to anyone else! If you haven't tried this salon you need to now! I haven't had experience with any of the other stylists but I know Tressa is a perfectionist and only hires the best! We love her and her salon!
I'm very disappointed with my hair color. I don't think Tami (with the blue and purple hair) had any clue on highlighting hair. She "highlighted" or rather bleached my hair into different colors of platinum blonde and my brown roots look terrible, since she didn't place the foils close enough to my hairline on the sides of my head. It doesn't look like I have highlights, just looks like someone bleached the top half of my hair. The blonde she put in doesn't match the existing highlights, so I look completely awful. I asked her to follow my existing highlights and make them a little brighter around the frame of my face. This is not what I got. I have been wearing a hat because I'm so embarrassed, stay away if you cherish your hair.
I myself am a hairdresser of 27 years. I also lost my regular hairdresser to Covid which forced me to find someone new I was referred to the salon by a neighbor since I new to the Arizona area went in and could not believe how wonderful Tammy with the blue hair....( there are two Tammi's cut my hair she listened to exactly what I said and even watched a couple minutes of the video of my lady cutting my hair prices are extremely affordable in fact she ought to charge more lol beautiful salon very clean nice looking hairdressers that work there lots of talents coming out of there a hidden treasure!!!!!
