I took my transgendered daughter in to get a haircut and from the second we walked in the woman at the front desk was rude and put off a superior vibe to me. I was also going to get a trim too, so being as it said on the door walkins welcome we thought we would give them a shot. We went in at 5:45 and there wasn't anyone waiting. They don't close until 8, and when I very politely asked about two haircuts the woman interrupts me to call out to someone in the back after rudely saying they had no time. Then she says in the same snooty voice as though we hadn't heard her the first time,( or the person she asked)that they didn't have time.
Everytime I come here I always get the worst hair cuts of my life! I finally started going some where else and had a better cut else where.
I've been coming here for probably 6 years now and Dawn is amazing. She's always honest with me when I want to try something crazy that isn't the best idea...or she just takes away the guesswork for me and makes me look good. The rest of the group is great too if I can't get an appointment. Even when living out of town, I'd make it a point to schedule an appointment whenever I was in town.
Fantastic salon with great workers and reasonable prices, always get a great haircut!
