It was my first and last visit. I the middle of the pedicure I had to say to cut toe nails down more. I didn't feel let the buffer my heals or the bottom of my feet well at all. I tried to explain to the lady twice about buffing my fee, but she kept I telling me she did. At that point I just stopped her and was ready to end my service which was supposed to be mani / pedi. I wouldn't recommend.
Emma did an excellent job with my manicure and pedicure today. She really took her time and my nails look great. Everyone is very nice at the salon. I highly recommend.
I stopped in to make an appointment for a manicure using an online gift certificate I had received. I was told that I had to have their paper version and envelope to use it . When I received this online certificate, the giver didn't d not send a n accompanying paper version. I explained this to the host; I showed him the certificate multiple times. He refused to accept my online version and repeated" we don't accept online cards"! I doubt this is even legal and that the host was confused. but At some point , I just stopped showing him the certificate and left. Be careful what you purchase for others at this business !
Great service! All staff seem very professional and owner watches over (in an unobtrusive way) the process.
The salon is nice and clean, but a little cramped quarters. They have half massage chairs for pedicures and half regular chairs, so be sure to request a massage chair if you prefer that. My pedicure was overall nicely done and did last about 3 weeks. I was a little annoyed that at the end they had me get up and move to the cramped "waiting area" (there is no dry station) which was full, so I had to stand awkwardly in front of the polishes which others were trying to look at. I had to move around several times and two toes ended up smudged. They did fix them for me but seemed a little annoyed about it.
