Not one to complain, but they said they had a $65 silk press special. That's the ONLY reason i came in because $85 too much for a wash, blow dry and flat iron .... I could've did this at home... I walked out paying $90 for my hair and i didn't even last till the morning. Why is a trim a extra $25 ? Should've been included. Then your silk press won't look right without it. So what $65 special was y'all really offering? The manager doesn't care about the clients, just the money. If i was in that position and my client literally just left THE NIGHT BEFORE. Not even 12 hours .... I'd help my client with no hesitation.... Free of charge. Not try to charge them a extra $35 .... I didn't even get to enjoy my hair or wear it out . Once i woke up it was a mess . But all i get is "well didn't i tell u without a trim it'll puff up" like are y'all really serious..... so u telling my the blow out is $65 but a trim is mandatory or it won't look right . Just stop doing clickbait and tell yo customers the truth . Y'all ain't doing no deal . I expected to walk out paying $65 like on the website but instead i paid $90, went straight home, wrapped my hair, woke up in the Morning (because i left at 9pm) unwrapped my hair and was so disappointed. Only to find out i can't even get the help i need to fix it WHEN I WAS JUST THERE NOT EVEN A FULL DAY AGO...... I'm just shocked and if I'm not getting services from the only person i go to there . I promise y'all won't get my money no more  like i literally can't believe the manager. Then the girl was speaking to everyone but me ... lol everyone but the paying customer  girl bye . people are so money hungry . That's why people can never have loyal customer or true success. Simple. Why not help me ..... i mean this bs was already $90 they funny asf like I'm truly shocked at how THE OWNER!!!! Completely ignored my entire presence  but was whispering to everyone else and im literally looking at her at the door . She making eye contact with me and didn't even acknowledge a unhappy customer. I guess this why her business not booming like she expected. Idk . But u stuck tryinna be greedy . I'm just so weak rn .... Can't do shit but laugh. I get u tryinna get yo money up to fix..... what u got going on.... but girl ..... is yo shii really booming like tht to not gaf about yo customers  your not tht girl .  I'm just so upset rn and i literally can't get my hair fixed so ... review it is . I wouldn't even do this if the manager could've been understanding of the fact i just left to store tht night and couldn't even enjoy my hair. I literally promote be a model and only say good shit about her and this shop . Now if anyone ask?? Nahhh . Lol makeup, facials and wax only

I love the Trap Beauty Bar!!! They always fit me in for my lashes with my busy work schedule and they have the best customer service. And my lashes always look amazing

My friend and I went for two deluxe pedicures and I instantly fell in love.  The ambiance was amazing, PINK EVERYTHING. Every person you encountered had a positive attitude and was really helpful. I really enjoyed they offered us a variety of drinks upon arrival. Holly did an outstanding job.  She was more than patient because I'm so picky and indecisive and not once did I feel rushed.  She took her time and fulfilled my every need.  I would definitely recommend. You'll absolutely get princess treatment here from start to finish.

Quality customer service, fun and communicative staff. This salon is the perfect one stop shop for your beauty needs great for a girls day.

I really like their website easy to navigate and chose your services ahead of time. Try to book an appointment with Mimi or Alexis they got my sister and I all the way together. I only wish they had a location in Oregon but if you are in Charlotte definitely check them out!

Decided to try out TBB on May 15 for a fill. I've been looking for a consistent spot to go to in Charlotte for the last few months.

Booking was super easy & it was clear on what was offered, booked time with Aliyah for a gel fill in w/designs at 9:30. It's super cute inside, branding is super clear & on point there. Everything from the chairs to the tech stations, even the bathroom - cute & aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Aliyah was ready & took me a few minutes early. She was very attentive & meticulous; getting down to the cuticles, paid great attention to shape. I gave her the design I wanted & she did it flawlessly. Definitely going back!
