The worse place I've ever been to. This lady cut me really bad and now my toe won't stop bleeding. She even had the audacity to try and put glue on the cut to stop the bleeding. I will never ever come here again. Is the worse place ever. They don't even deserve not one star!
They should have known I was coming. I made no fuss while I was in the shop and did not ask for them to re-do it for the simple fact I am African American and we're already labeled "angry" and "aggressive". I paid and left just to try to file my nails that I just paid for the way I asked. I was told by multiple people on my outing later that day that my nails were hideous. Very embarrassing. I even showed a picture of what I wanted and left it there for her to reference yet she still didn't understand. They don't have pink acrylic, and lack the tools necessary to achieve any look, but asked if I had a picture of what I wanted as soon as I came through the door. Highly disappointed and will NEVER return and suggest nobody else does as well until they have some more training on nail design and techniques. What I wanted was pretty simple.
Visited with a friend, they sat us both down at the same time and only I was serviced.. mind you, the delicacy they don't provide when dealing with nails it's honestly so fucking ridiculous.. did you not receive your nail tech certificate? My big toe after 4/5 hours begun to throb, swell up and I can't even put on socks! Once my friend refused service from the same person who just had done my nails other technicians begun harassing her to do her nails including the owner that was seating around during my service doing absolutely NOTHING. She politely told her no I'll just come back later. She questions her saying "are you in HS" she says no, can you stop harassing me, I'm pregnant. I've been in here for too long and I can't stand the smell anymore. & they begun speaking their language. We paid and walked out. But I'm going back for my money. I've been doing my toes for more than a decade. Not once had I had such a bad experience. Mind you I CAN BE UNDERSTANDING. And I've never written a good or bad review. But places like these neeeeed to be shut down. Or managed properly
Do not come here. This place is disgusting and unsanitary. Came in with my friend for a pedicure and they only did one of us at a time so I sat in the bucket of cold water for 45 min and once she was done and I saw how horrible her nails looked I said no thanks. Also they made her bleed twice.
If you don't complain about an issue, they won't fix it. I had to point out every cuticle, every patch of missed paint, i asked for callous removal... that didn't happen. Honestly believe the reviews on this place. A complete waste of money.
There's no denying that balayage is having a moment. This modern hair coloring technique has taken the beauty world by storm, and it's easy to see why. Balayage is a French word meaning "to sweep" or "to paint", and that's exactly what the colorist does.
