***UPDATE*** Tammy is over at Modern Image Salon at 98 Dempsey Road in Milpitas, right by the Savers. Mr. Lucky is over at the haircutting and nail place adjacent to Rainbow Beauty Supply on 1639 McKee Road in San Jose, a few doors down to their original location. Unfortunately they shut their doors a few months ago but if you need a haircut from I had been coming to To Tam for about 20 years. I came in because of the personal services they provided and for the great fades. Tammy and Lucky usually cut my hair. No other places that I have tried came close to the great hair cuts I got from them.
Ive never had such a bad pedicure. These people do not know what they are doing. Do not get your nails done here!
You get what you pay for. This place is the worst salon I've ever been to. The lady had no idea what she was doing. She did not know how to file nails or paint them. And even when I was asking her to do them a certain way she didn't listen to me. I grew my nails out so they could be long enough for an event I went to but she filed them so terrible I ended up cutting them when I got home. The ladies here have no idea what they're doing and don't understand good customer service. I wanted 2 hours and half to get the worst gel nail manicure of my life. Everything was uneven and clumpy. DO NOT GO HERE. Yes it's cheap but you save more money doing it yourself instead of wasting your money here.
Don't go here. They have terrible service. Really nice Vietnamese ladies but they absolutely don't know how to do nails. Came in for a pedi and they left lotion sitting on my legs for 40 mins. My 2 friends and I came in to get our pedis and it took over 2 1/2 hours!!! One of the pedicure ladies filed my nails too much and the acetone stung my toe! AND they have a terrible selection of nail polish colors.
Love this place !! Great fades for guys and they do a good job on brows!!! Got turned on to this place from a co-worker and even tho it's a drive from Campbell it's well worth the drive . All my friends who have come with me have come back .
