I had faith in Shannon due to her reviews. My experience was very negative. I brought a photo of a platinum balayage. I accepted her suggestion of highlights instead due her ratings trusting it would still look like the photo. The first session was very inadequate with very thin honey highlights rather than the bold chunks that were in the photo. I requested a second visit which was also unsatisfactory and no where close to the photo. She claimed she couldn't actually get my brown to platinum which was certainly untrue because I have had done before elsewhere. I resisted the temptation to request a third visit and accepted what she gave me even though I was still not satisfied. It was a poor choice. I emailed her quite a bit later showing her the model photo and my photo and requested a refund. I emailed her twice and she ignored me. Also, she jacked up the price in the chair significantly and had the nerve to tell me it would cost me more next time I came. Get your balayage elsewhere if you want. I will.
