This place is the place to be! I have been stationed here in Havelock for three years and the service never disappoints. The ladies heels are all lovely and have great sense of humor. Never a dull moment at this establishment. Would go again and will until my time here is done..

I used to get low fades here while I was in the military, never had a *bad* cut. If I really had to think back, maybe 1 out of those 20-something military cuts wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it wasn't bad nonetheless.
Today I went to get a Two-Block haircut, which was my first haircut since I finished my military obligations, and they knocked it out the park. Great job! I might get it trimmed just a little in a few days, but I'll wear this out the next couple days just to make sure.
This place is seriously one of the best places in town to get your haircut in Havelock for dudes. No joke, I've had countless bad haircuts from various barbershops here in Havelock and other places where I was stationed at. If not bad, definitely to the point where I felt uncomfortable to risk another visit. Total E-Clips; however, has been proven to be consistent with good haircuts.
Great place to get your haircut. They are reasonably priced and know how to cut hair. The gals that work there are some of the most polite people I've ever met. When I come down from Michigan to visit family at Camp Lejeune I drive to Total E-Clips just to get my haircut. I WILL NOT go anywhere else. For those of you who like flattop cuts Brooke does a GREAT job. I was her first ever and she has learned how to do it in a very short time.
