Very friendly & clean! "V" spent lots of time giving me a pedicure. The dogs were sweet & greeted everyone. I will be back!

When I looked up the website, there were no prices. I had to pay $10 over the phone because they required an appointment with a fee to cancel. I have never experienced that. When I sit down, the girl didn't acknowledge me because she had her face in her phone fit a minute or two. I was shocked. Should of walked out then. She had a hard time getting the gel powder I had gotten at another salon. She had to cut them down which was fine. She saw I had tips on when she removed them. Then she asked me if I wanted tips on my thumbs. Ummm... just my thumbs. What about my other 8 fingers. I said I wanted all of them with tips. Her response...I think they look fine. She puts my tips on. As she's doing them, she never asked if I wanted the tips square. I have always been asked. My other nails weren't square. I forgot to say, however it seemed like a "no brainer to me." When I was heading that way, I was wondering if they take wonder if they accept credit cards. Well of course they do because they took it over the phone. Then I look around and see signs about a 3.99% credit card fee. It's not the money, it's the point. So the kicker is...it was $10 to remove my nails. And the total of just a mani was $10 less then a mani/pedi in Myrtle Beach and that was at a spa. On Amelia Island, which is a very wealthy area, I paid less at that spa for a mani/pedi. And at both places they were all kind and professional. I Also, I should've known when there were no prices, that was a clue it would be pricey. Every restaurant I've been to that have no prices on the menu, are expensive. Who'd a thought that in Dublin, VA were more then anywhere else and for nails only. No stars from me. The only great thing about the salon were the beautiful doggies. No stars from me. I just had to so to type this review. Lesson... when a manicure is as much as a manicure and pedicure, where should I go....rude or polite. At that's a "no brainer"

Excellent location!! Great attitude, service and very clean. I am usually the only guy there and they always make me feel welcome. I play guitar finger style and have to have acrylics put on my picking hand and they always make them look as natural as possible. Usually, other salons don't care about the look of the nail, they just want to get you in and out as soon as possible. But not here! They do a great job every time you walk in the door!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Best nail place in the area.. College girls who attend VT/RU/NRV GO HERE!! It took a bit for me to find the shop (turn into the Walmart parking lot and drive down) but this place is worth the drive. The workers are so nice and skilled at what they do. You get more bang for your buck as far as the price: product ratio goes.. Ernesto has amazing talent and is so respectful. It's safe to say I will be returning.

Absolutely love my nails! Ernesto was very polite and attentive. I will not be going back to Nail Trix in the mall (rude and not attentive). You do need to make an appointment but is very worth it! You will not leave disappointed. Also the lady who did my pedicure did an excellent job, cleaned up really good :)
