Top Nails in Roseville, MI

Top nails is by far the worst nail shop I've ever visited . They will mess up your nails and then get mad when you tell them that you don't like them . They never accept constructive criticism. They over talk you everytime you try to tell them to fix something on your nails . The older man who sits nearest to the door is very rude . He got in my face and tried disrespecting me because his wife told me that I would be able to come back up and get my nails fixed due to the fact that she did them terribly . upon my arrival I had no issues until she sat me at the table with the husband. He then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because Im the one who chose the color . When I told the wife while I was there that I didn't like my nails . but with the wife being such a sweet person I didn't want to embarrass them in front of customers . I went out to my car and called and explained to her that I do NOT like my nails and I would like them redone if she could . i came in to a catastrophe when trying to get my nails fixed . The man threaten to rip my nails off . Pointed his finger in my face etc. i said that to say this nail shop in particular feels as if they can treat people of color unfairly. Prior to me a lady next to me opted to get her nails redone because they were too thick . They got pissedddd with her and told her to come back the next day as well . The nail polish is horrible and watered down and their color acrylic is either old or they just don't specialize in using it which is the reason why they ultimately did a terrible job on my nails . My nails are bulky as well as rounded at the edges when I asked for SQUARE SHARP NAILS ‼ I will never ever go here again and I hope some day you guys are shut down for good ‼

Nope!!!!! Rushed on my pedicure my feet was literally in the water for 30 seconds ..didn't enjoy the experience at all..Ask the guy can you please cut my nails down more Nope! If you in a rush don't come here if u wanna relax go somewhere else ,,,,Never again!!! Literally writing and in chair been here about 10 minutes lol and he painting my toe nails stay away!!! okay I complain blah blah went home took a better look mines well didn't even go don't even look like I had a pedi the nail polish not even on you can Still see my toenail with no polish...stay away stay away save ur money save ur 10 minute time and go somewhere else ..this place suck c@@k! bad

Never never ever again. Let's start off with how rude the heavy guy is. He glued a nail on my finger then took it off an put it back with the brand new nails for the next customer. Then he glued it crooked yeah that's right my nail is throwing up gang signs bc he can't do nails straight. He then decided on what color I was having even tho I told him five times what one I wanted that sat on the table with us but still went an put what he wanted on me then he globes a chunk on it lifting off my nail I show him he puts my hand under the light to dry pulls it out takes a nail filer face down to it which made it cloudy an chewed up then puts clear cover over it yeah looks like total garbage. I will definitely stick with VIP nails down the street an will never go to that place again. Pathetic an straight garbage! -5 star that garbage place don't deserve not even 1 star straight garbage

The customer service in this place is horrible. I used to get my nails did here and the acrylic must be cheap because before the week would be over my nails would break. The shellac always peels and cracks. I just recently got a pedicure and it was done poorly. My toenails aren't shaped correctly and the shellac is peeling just days later. I will never return.

My 1st experience was not good! My full set was thick and nail shape was horrible! They were able to fix them that same visit. My 2nd experience was the last time I allowed them to messed up my nails. The shellac chipped and peeled the next day! I was told to come back to get it fixed. As the person who did them was busy. I sat for almost an hr with employees sitting, even the manager with no other clients waiting. I had to walk out! I advice to never go there! Im angry I even have to select a star, if I didn't it would be ZERO!
