Absolutely love this place!!! We always make an appointment & they always get my husband and I in right at our appointment time! They are clean, friendly, and provide awesome service! My foot and leg massage was awesome & I always get gel pedi & my gel lasts for 4-5 weeks! If you are looking for a pedi place in Casper this is your place
This place is horrible would not let me use the massage chair and are rude..................
I went and got my nails done. The man was very rude. He was really grabby with my hands. The next day my middle finger started hurting. I tried to hang in there but couldn't and had to remove the nail. Two days later blood and puss came out of my cuticles. My fingertips started to turn black and I almost lost my finger. I will never go here again and I recommend nobody else does either. I've had my nails done probably 200 times and never had an infection.
Tried to get my nails done here today.. walked in and no one was in there except two workers and they denied me a dip manicure cause they had no openings... literally no customers there

Very disappointing. Customer service at this nail salon is HORRIBLE. They are down right rude. I went with my husband and I got a pedicure and manicure and he got a pedicure. He is very generous and left each worker a $20 tip.
The second time I went back in to just get off the gel fingernail polish. They were very rude and charged me five dollars. All of the gel did not come off and my fingernails are pretty much ruined.
I went back in a 3rd time to get the gel toenail polish removed. Once again the lady was rude and said it would be $10 just to remove the gel.
Anyway, to make a long story short, I left it and will never go back again. I asked why removal for the toenail polish was $10, when the fingernail was only $5.
Also, they should tell you how damaging the gel polish is before you get it. It ruins your nails and you can't remove it yourself. Don't waste your money on this place where they make you feel more like a burden than a paying customer.
