would leave no stars if I could. doesn't answer the phone. booked an appointment online for 3 mani/ pedis, drove 45 minutes to get there just to find the place closed! asked next door and she said he shows up when he wants to show up. does anybody want to work anymore?

I made an appointment ahead of time so I could get in and out on my lunch break. They apparently don't bother honoring appointments (or they double book them) because she was less than 5 minutes into someone else's pedicure when I arrived 5 minutes early for mine. After asking if there was anyone else available (there wasn't) I ended up walking out because I didn't have time to wait. No explanation or apology- How unprofessional! Based on these reviews, though, I think I dodged a bullet.

This place is disgusting...absolutely gross. I stopped coming here a year or so ago due to how horrible the service is, but had no choice as I had a broken nail and my regular salon couldn't get me in. It took them an hour and a half to fix my broken tip which there is no excuse for...then they charged me the same price as a regular fill. Worst of all, there is always a small child in the salon. He has been there since he was an infant and is now about 4 years old. He runs around screaming, banging on the salon equipment, drawing on the walls, openly coughing and sneezing on everything with no mask on, and physically touching the patrons, including myself. My purse was sitting on the chair next to me as I was getting my nail fixed, and he actually came over, opened my purse and looked inside. I had to ask him to please not touch it. They also keep another infant in the back room (where I think they do the waxing) as I could hear the baby getting fussy and the mother went into the public restroom to fix a bottle for him/her. The filth of this place makes me feel like I might have contracted a disease after visiting them. I've never seen anything like it. Please, for your own health and safety, go somewhere else.

I love the nails I got it was what I wanted. The only thing I did not like was the wait but number one there were other people in there and number two I'm not patient. I am for sure going back.
