I always love coming here. I've never had any issues. I find it best to make an appointment because there does tend to be a lot of walk ins.
Worst experience of my life. Me and my sister had made and appointment for 12. We waited about 45 minutes before being sat. We got sat and my foot stood in the water for a hour got all dry and pruny while they continued to help customers almost immediately while I've been here for two hours with no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Theirs a place right next door go there instead.
Best pedicures EVER! Great place with many pedicure options. And they go into detail with it! Hot wax, pearl pedicures... even the basic pedicure is amazing! And the owner is so kind and the workers are so sweet! I love going here! My mom recommended this place to me and it's for sure my favorite now! Also it's VERY SANITARY! Which is important to me and my mom as health care workers we notice tiny details! No complaints ! :)
Never going back. Went in today and wanted to get the dip. Of course my nails were long and I was just going to have them cut them short. After I told her I wanted them short she only clipped my thumb nail. Thought it was strange. Then she ignored and mocked me for not wanting long nails. She sloppily dipped. I had it under my nails , on my cuticles and she wiped them with a towel before they were dry. . She messed them up three times.
I have been going there for over 2 years and drive out of my way for their service. I've never felt so rushed and unhappy with them.
She never prepped my nails. Just put the color dip right on top. Bye Fantasy Nails. There are better places elsewhere.
