I went to TN Nails yesterday to get an eyebrow wax cause the person I usually go to is out of state and first of all they charge 15 dollars which is too expensive. The vibe was just not it, they were very rude!! They made my brows a little too thin and she didn't tweeze enough. I am never coming back here again!
Short for thick and nasty . Mean vibe and nails are thick and not painted . Didn't even bother to put lotion on my feet lol
Rosie did a great job of taking care of me even though I didn't know exactly the name of what I needed done. My nails came out exactly as I wanted them. I ended up with acrylic set with a nude/pale pink. Clean store. Comfortable environment. Prompt service. Good mix of walk in and appointments but definitely enough people working to take care of walk in. They were upfront about prices which I also appreciate. They prefer tips in cash but I didn't have any but left it on my card. Great quality salon and will be back again.
I've been to TN nails a few times. The first couple times seemed really nice. The last three visits I have been disappointed. I go to get a pedicure and manicure and massage. They do a fine job with polishes, but the pedicure can use more attention. They only work my feet with the pumice a couple of strokes and didn't even check to see if I had rough heels anymore. When it came to the massage for the legs and feet, they put a dime size of lotion on my legs, smooth it in and touched my feet, didn't even do the heels or massage feet at all and it was only 50 seconds each leg. As for the manicure same as I mentioned, the polish is fine but the treatment that you get that you want the massage and spa like experience fall flat. Another 50 seconds of massage on the arms and absolutely no hand massage. I will not go back. This has been three times now with poor service. Disappointed
