NEW MANAGEMENT! NEW SALON! NEW COLORS! The new owners did a excellent remodel. Very nice nail technicians, it's always a good time when I go in. Very professional, and always come out living my nails! I've recommended this salon to a bunch of my clients friends and family and they all love it as well! They also have a point system that gets you discounts on services when you collect enough points! So, treat yourself and go check them out!
New owner. Excellent service. Lucy is amazing. Her SNS dip is so natural. I'm really picky because many nail techs make it too think or file your nails unnecessarily. Lucy also does designs and can copy almost any picture you show her. Quite talented. The color selection was great. Can't say enough good things.
I've had my nails done here many times in the past. The last time prior to today was the end of December 2020 and I was very happy. Today however was a different story. I went for a gel polish manicure and a regular polish pedicure. I wanted the same color for toes and fingers, which has never been a problem in the past. Today the colors were not even close to matching. My feet are just as rough as they were prior to the pedicure. My cuticles were barely touched. No cuticle oil or softener was put on the cuticles before the half assed trimming that was done. Also, she cut my nails back to pretty much nothing and made some of the nails round and some squared. I had requested all round and pointy. When paying I said my nails and toes are 2 different colors, to which the person ringing me up said, "they're close". And I said back to her, they clash. No remedy to the situation was offered. Worst experience and I feel like i wasted $65. If i could give a rating of zero I would. Needless to say, they have lost this customer as well as anyone else i had referred to them in the past.
Horrible service!!!! $35 for a rushed pedicure with polish outside my toenails. She also did not shape them well. I could have done better myself. My boyfriend still had leftover dead skin on his feet after his pedicure
I went in for an underarm wax thinking I was going to spend $15 , $20 max but I was charged $30!!!! Way OVERPRICED even with Covid... Oh well you live and learn... I won't be doing that again.
