Wanted to try a new nail salon since I was on that side of town running errands. After asking for a manicure with no shellac (regular polish - something very simple to make me feel better), he put shellac on my right hand then quickly went over it with clear polish. When I asked if cuticle care was included in the manicure, he asked if I wanted a manicure then proceeded to poorly address my cuticles and aggressively put lotion on my wrists. I was then charged $6 more dollars then the listed price for a "basic manicure with regular polish. I left feeling 100xs worse then when I walked in. Would not recommend.
Went here on labor day to get my nails and toes done for my birthday to try and feel better! Ended up feeling worse and being out 100 dollars! The guy at second table top the right did my nails. Too thick, misshapen and didn't even polish them correctly. When inquiring about fixing 2 nails polish he simply planned on skipping painting them all together. Said something a second time, asking if he was planning on painting them, got pissed off and started snapping his fingers at me as if I were his child or pet. The lady behind the desk that ran my card asked if everything was ok. I then explained everything and she did offer to fix them but at this point I was too infuriated to even stand there another second! No discount offered! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. $53 dollars for nails I have to go home and fix myself. They are all uneven, different lengths, they acted like they didn't want to even do them because I asked for the colored acrylic. They kept pushing me to do shellac. I can't do shellac because it chips almost immediately due to my job. Anyway I will never go back here again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading reviews. Guess that but me in the butt.
I've never been somewhere to get my nails done where they do not give you an actual manicure. No soaking, no cuticle care, nothing but just nail work. I even asked to have my dead skin attended to, but I was told no. Very long wait times, tools/sponges not cleaned and re-used. Staff rushes through services. I will never come back.
Long waits, they rush through, do not listen to what the client wants. Now I need to go somewhere to get my nails redone. This was supposed to be pink and white hombre
