Gianna here is fantastic, she is incredibly talented. Every time I get my hair done I get compliments on it continuously through the next time I come in. She offers so much advice on how to keep your hair healthy and is overall amazing. I am a natural light brown/ dirty blonde but go to a pretty light blonde and she fades my roots so well most people can't tell I am not naturally the color she dyes my hair to be! Love her
I went to see Maurin at Tj's and spoke with her extensively about what I would like to be completed. She assured me time and time again that she would be able to be complete the job. After 3 appointments with her, my hair is orange! I was given the response of, "well I can't get the orange/yellow out of your hair." I asked her for a refund for the service performed as it was not what I hired her to do, she refused. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I highly recommend finding a different salon and never trusting Maurin to do your hair as she is lying about her true talents and failed in every aspect.
